Did YOU Know..?

  • Perimenopause is the second puberty and is temporary

  • There’s NO one RIGHT WAY to emotionally and physically transit into menopause

  • Perimenopause is happening alongside aging, but is NOT CAUSED by aging

  • Perimenopause, is a sequence of hormonal events and changes that are more akin to puberty or second puberty

  • Many symptoms are TEMPORARY

  • Perimenopause and the first couple of years of menopause are a CRITICAL WINDOW for health

  • One in four women experiencing menopause are reported to have considered leaving their job due to symptoms

Wondering how bad it is going to be?

If you reach menopause BEFORE the age of 45 or undergo surgical or medical menopause, you are at greater risk of symptoms and long-term health risks

If you go through a NATURAL peri-menopause transition, you have a 25% chance of severe symptoms. More likely, you’ll experience only mild symptoms or even no symptoms

If you do suffer strong symptoms, it’s due to combination of 3 factors: genetics, your general state of health and the state of your periods before peri-menopause

I support you to nourish your body with good nutrition and positive lifestyle changes, so you are able to optimise your hormonal health, experience better mood, and have restored energy.

I am here to help you to create an environment where constant tiredness, sleep issues, hot flashes, brain fog, weight struggles, bloating, constipation, sugar cravings, anxiety, low mood, and concerns about long-term health risks related to menopause no longer need to exist.

I am here to SUPPORT you to achieve greater midlife health, more energy in life, and resilience overall , so you can take your healing journey to the next level.
