Perimenopause is the second puberty and is temporary
There’s NO one RIGHT WAY to emotionally and physically transit into menopause
Perimenopause is happening alongside aging, but is NOT CAUSED by aging
Perimenopause, is a sequence of hormonal events and changes that are more akin to puberty or second puberty
Many symptoms are TEMPORARY
Perimenopause and the first couple of years of menopause are a CRITICAL WINDOW for health

If you reach menopause BEFORE the age of 45 or undergo surgical or medical menopause, you are at greater risk of symptoms and long-term health risks
If you go through a NATURAL peri-menopause transition, you have a 25% chance of severe symptoms. More likely, you’ll experience only mild symptoms or even no symptoms
If you do suffer strong symptoms, it’s due to combination of 3 factors: genetics, your general state of health and the state of your periods before peri-menopause
