I know what it feels like when your body doesn’t feel like your own. For years I struggled with gut issues, fatigue, and the challenges of perimenopause. It left me drained, frustrated, and searching for answers.

Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and self-care, I discovered the power of a holistic approach. Bit by bit, I restored my energy, cleared the brain fog, and found balance again.

Now, as an NHS-accredited Women’s Health Coach and trained acupuncture practitioner, I’m here to help other women do the same.
